During the Horticontact Days in Gorinchem, Hortispeeds BV introduced its new products under the name O2Solutions, aimed at increasing oxygen levels in irrigation water with Nanobubbles through its patented VPOD Nano technology.
Vacuum Pressure Oxygen Dissolving Nano (VPOD) is a completely new, simplified, and patented method for dissolving pure oxygen in water and creating nanobubbles. This new VPOD technology has been developed by combining over 25 years of experience in oxygen technology with 15 years of experience in water treatment within greenhouse horticulture.
The required oxygen is produced on-site by an industrial oxygen concentrator. O2Solutions has developed two different systems suitable for greenhouse horticulture.
Triton is designed to be mounted directly on the wall of a water silo. The system circulates over the silo to increase the oxygen level. This is achieved through a special silo mixing technique, which fully treats the entire silo within moments.
Artemis is designed as a standalone unit for higher flow rates. It can independently circulate over silos or basins or operate parallel to an irrigation system and is equipped with its own oxygen concentrator.
